What You’ll Be Doing

Monitoring efficiency, tackling waste, and ensuring processes are followed.
Keeping the production area audit-ready—clean, compliant, and organised.
Coaching and mentoring your team to develop their skills and improve performance.
Rolling up your sleeves when necessary, but knowing when to delegate.
Working closely with other departments to keep everything running smoothly.
Addressing issues as they arise—whether that’s machinery, processes, or people.
Spotting areas for improvement and driving practical changes.
