Position: Head of Transition and Service Design - Technology - Counter Terrorism Policing HQ
Salary: Starting at £90,336 including allowances of £2,928. Breakdown: £87,408 basic, increasing annually to £96,341, plus location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.
Job Summary: Lead a team designing end-to-end service journeys to help users achieve goals and support CTP policy implementation related to complex technical solutions. Responsible for creating or modifying transactions, products, and content across digital and offline channels, collaborating with various CTP HQ and partner organizations.
The role involves working flexibly within the DDaT and Change portfolios, overseeing multiple projects, and collaborating with partner agencies. The post requires influencing organizational strategy, ensuring effective resource planning, and managing service transition activities. The post holder will line manage Service Design and Transition SMEs and mentor others, demonstrating industry expertise and best practices.
