Do you have some experience of Sales, primarily in a lead generation capacity & are looking to take your career further, in the lucrative world of software tech'? Or, potentially, do you have extensive experience in the hospitality or retail industry & are looking for a solid, earning, career growth switch?

Role: Business Development Rep' AKA: Inside Sales, Software Sales, Telesales, Lead Generator, Sales Development Rep' (SDR).
Salary: Median £35K Basic (£30k - £40K range, DOE) + £10K OTE (Yr 1) + Benefits package
Location: Banbury, Oxford. 2 - 3 days per week in the office. Commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Coventry, Oxford, etc.
What will my day-to-day look like?
- Managing Inbound Leads
- Outbound sales: Lead generation, prospecting, researching, reaching out & hunting down those opportunities.
- Qualifying: are they ready for a demo by the sales team? Do they need a bit more?
- Making sure all your activity is on the CRM (Salesforce)
