Please note: candidates must complete the application form in full, answering all specified questions. This requirement applies to all candidates, inclusive of their background. Successful completion of this stage is mandatory. Candidates who pass this initial stage will then be required to complete an online behavioural assessment. Both the application form and the behavioural assessment are essential parts of our early career’s recruitment process.
What is the application process?
· Submit Application: We do not require you to submit a CV to apply, instead you will need to complete a short online application form. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting your application.
· Online Behavioural Assessment: If you meet our eligibility requirements and we have a role that matches your chosen preferences, you will be sent an online behavioural assessment to complete by our partner, Arctic Shores.
· Assessment Centre or Interview: Next, a shortlist of candidates will be created by our hiring managers and those people will be invited to an assessment centre or face-to-face interview, within 8 weeks of initial application. Please note, with the volume of applications we receive not all candidates who are successful at the online assessment can proceed to the interview stage.
Please note, the process can take up to 12 weeks in total if you’re an early applicant. We will aim to keep you informed throughout the time that your application is being considered, however, due to the volume of applications received, we are not able to respond to individual requests for status updates.
