Salary: Starting at £57,042 per year (Grade 14)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours per week
Location: YPO Headquarters, 41 Industrial Park, Wakefield WF2 0XE
Hours: Hybrid and Flexible working, Monday to Friday

Joining our Marketing and Digital team as the Senior Brand Communications Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing YPO's identity and network. You'll oversee brand awareness, public relations, public affairs, internal and external communications, and stakeholder engagement.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced individual who may have built and led in-house public relations and affairs teams, whether from a similar role, an external agency, or an in-house PR team.
You should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, combined with strong organisational abilities. As a results-oriented professional, your passion for success will inspire others. You will lead a successful team at YPO to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring initiatives are executed successfully and align with brand and standards.
You will manage PR strategies, crisis communication, and relationships with PR agencies. Confidently leading dynamic communications strategies, you will manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver campaigns that enhance organisational reputation in B2B and political contexts.
