Role: Procurement Buyer
Office Location: North East Lincolnshire
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days pw in office, 2-3 days WFH

It's a fantastic role that spans procurement and operational purchasing (P2P) across categories such as general indirect industrial goods and services, CAPEX, raw materials (directs), and logistics. You'll undertake the operational (transactional) purchasing activities (tendering, invoice query resolution, PO creation, master data - in conjunction with the process teams and systems) and follow up on purchases with sites and suppliers to manage quality, time, and cost issues.
It's a fun and collaborative team, with significant progression opportunities. The Head of Procurement is open to candidates that can be either skilled procurement professionals or more junior candidates looking to progress in their career. The company has a flat structure which provides autonomy and exposure to the global senior leadership team and broader stakeholders, and the benefits that come with this. They offer considerable training and coaching. The two to three days per week in the office provides an enjoyable culture and the opportunity to develop and learn from colleagues and peers.
Minimum Requirements:
* Procurement/purchasing experience, ideally with some experience in industrial indirect goods and services, raw materials, directs, CAPEX, logistics etc.
* Experience of presenting, ideally to senior stakeholders.
* Experience of using data to forecast budgets.
