Customer Service Advisor 35.4 Hours per week Permanent contract £24,868.02 - £26,512.69 Wychavon District Council are recruiting for a Customer Services Adviser to join our team in providing great customer service to our community. We are seeking candidates who embody the Councils values of openness and accountability, innovation and improvement and fairness and respect. This role will be working in a team of Customer Service Advisers, giving advice to and acting as an advocate for customers at three Community Contact Centres. This role also includes running a Reception point and switchboard service. Our Customer Services team is primarily based in the Civic Centre in Pershore, but this role will have the requirement to work from the Evesham and Droitwich contact centres, which means you have the opportunity to get out into the Community and be a first point of contact for customers.
