What you will do
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales, BD, marketing and PR communications for the company and developing clear growth strategies within customer account. The Account Manager will drive business performance and growth within the account.
How you will do it
11. Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion
12. Review and analyse sales performance against plans to determine effectiveness
13. Monitor, prepare and report on marketing communications and sales activity
14. Manage and give direction to the marketing and sales departments/teams
15. Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve business objectives
16. Direct staff, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programmes
17. Meet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and developed
18. Identify and understand client’s business needs and objectives to develop marketing and sales campaigns
19. Coordinate liaison between sales and other departments
20. Develop and manage marketing/sales budgets
21. Maintain effective internal marketing communications
22. Company Director duties, as required, in consultation with the Board of Directors
