We're looking for a Finance Analyst to take ownership of key financial processes that influence decision-making and performance. You’ll work in a dynamic team, supporting functional cost management, financial planning, and process improvements while collaborating with stakeholders across the business. Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum | Hours: 38 hours per week (flexible working available)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare weekly and monthly reports with key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis.
2. Take ownership of monthly management accounts, including balance sheet oversight.
3. Ensure adherence to internal control procedures, safeguarding assets and minimising risk.
4. Communicate complex financial details to non-finance stakeholders with clarity.
5. Facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive optimal performance.
6. Support functional teams with high-quality analysis and insight for data-driven decisions.
7. Drive process improvements and policy development initiatives.
8. Deliver ad hoc reports and analysis as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
1. Part-qualified in CIMA or ACCA.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
3. Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
