Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct a unique blend of 3 comprehensive assessments per day, evaluating clients' physical and mental health to assess their functional abilities. Prepare detailed and accurate reports based on assessment findings, ensuring clarity and proper analysis of all relevant information. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to develop tailored care plans that address each client's specific needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in functional assessment to ensure high standards of practice. Provide clear explanations to clients regarding the assessment process and outcomes, ensuring they are supported and informed throughout. Participate in training and development opportunities to continually enhance assessment skills and professional knowledge. Be fully registered with the appropriate licensing body (HCPC, NMC, GMC). Have at least one year of post-registration experience. Have the legal right to work in the UK.
