Head of Ecommerce
£60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A fast-growing luxury fashion brand is looking for a commercially driven Head of Ecommerce to take ownership of its online performance and digital growth strategy. This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for driving revenue, optimising the customer journey and managing digital performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. With ambitious plans to break into the US market, you'll also play a key role in shaping the brand's international expansion and scaling its online presence globally.
Key Responsibilities of the Head of Ecommerce role:
1. Own the ecommerce P&L, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.
2. Use analytics and performance data to improve conversion rates, AOV and retention.
3. Deliver weekly and monthly reports on online sales performance, providing insights to senior management.
4. Collaborate with both the existing marketing team and external agencies, to plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches and trading campaigns across Meta, Google & Tik Tok Ads.
5. Own the CRM and retention strategy (Klaviyo, SMS Bump, PushOwl).
6. Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring products are positioned to maximise conversion.
7. Improve site navigation, product categorisation and checkout experience to optimise conversion rates.
8. Work alongside the marketing and branding teams to enhance storytelling, campaign integration and user experience.
9. Manage and motivate a team of ecommerce professionals.
10. Work cross-functionally with other departments such as marketing, merchandising and finance.
What will you need?
1. Substantial ecommerce trading experience within fashion, retail or a consumer brand.
2. Demonstrated ability to optimise e-commerce performance by improving conversion rates, reducing bounce rates, increasing average order value and enhancing customer retention.
3. Strong commercial acumen - able to drive revenue & optimise margins.
4. Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Shopify and CRM tools.
5. A strong understanding of SEO, CRM, performance marketing and loyalty programmes.
6. Ability to blend big-picture strategy and hands-on execution - you'll drive both long-term plans and daily trading.
7. A full UK driving license is essential due to the location of the office.
