Sales Administrator Full-time, 37 hours per week, Office-based Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) We are recruiting through Hunt 4 Employment for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our sales team in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-perm role. The Sales Administrator will serve as a point of contact for customers and provide sales support for the Sales Team, managing the process from quotation to despatch of orders. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented, accurate, and a good communicator. Duties & Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer/supplier phone calls and emails Process customer quotes and supplier orders in a timely manner Data entry into Sage and MS Excel Maintain customer and supplier information Generate and maintain sales reports Assist with general ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the department and business Participate in Teams calls when required Communicate customer feedback Accurately record and store meeting notes Required Skills: Sales administration/support experience Exceptional organisational skills Customer service experience Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines Attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Sage 50 or Sage 200 is preferable This role will suit a person with a friendly personality who can fit in well with the team, as teamwork is important. It is an office-based role, so reliability and the ability to work required office hours are essential.
