The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
✅ Identify and secure new business opportunities within freight forwarding (road, air, and sea freight).
✅ Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
✅ Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
✅ Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission.
