Brand Manager -Tyrrells
Slough(Hybrid - 3 days a week office based)
Our office location is Slough, with travelrequired to relevant manufacturing sites (Herefordshire andStaffordshire) and agency partners
This is a Tyrellbly,Tyrrellbly exciting role and we’re seeking a bright spark to jointhe Tyrrells team. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professionaland astute Brand Manager to support the strategic development andprofitable growth of the Tyrrells portfolio. The Brand Manager willhave personal ownership for the management implementation ofmarketing plans & projects required to deliver businessobjectives.
What will you bedoing?
This role willbe responsible for the continuing development of the brand anddelivering sales growth across the UK. It will report in to theMarketing Manager. Some of your responsibilities willinclude:
* Helpshape development and execution of annual growth plans via analysisof the market, consumer data & insight, and create excitementaround the plans internally and externally through presentations& brand days
* Lead, implement and monitorthe assigned brand marketing plans to achieve sales and profitobjectives, and work closely as part of a team to deliverresults
* Lead and work cross functionally todeliver key projects throughout the year (based on key marketingobjective/brand plans) – ensuring all landed on time, on budget,and with excellence, and working closely with internal teams andour factories
* Support the Marketing Managerwith the development of creative and communication briefs in linewith core priorities and support in the planning and execution ofmultichannel media campaigns and activations, and shoppermarketing
* Liaising with Creative, Media, Design& PR agencies to support the delivery of the ATL & BTLmarketing plan
* Input into and support thedevelopment and execution of NPD/Innovation programmes, includingmanagement for new core lines and formats, Limited Edition andBrand Partnerships
* Manage brand performanceincluding the internal P&L & external brand consumermetrics to generate insight led actions andrecommendations
* Brand budget management,ensuring plans and projects are delivered withinbudget

* Proven FMCG brandmanagement experience, with end-to-end marketingexperience
* P&L and Budget managementexperience
* Demonstrable experience andcapability with consumer brand data andanalytics
* Experience of product development andworking with factories to deliver from concept tomarket
* Effective communicator, able to workcross functionally, an ability to influence upwards, and experienceof managing agencies
* Demonstrates a growthmindset, with a track record of wanting to learn, develop andstretch oneself
* Must have a clean full drivinglicence
