We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Managing Agent for a Facilities Coordinator to join a prestigious, best-in-class mixed-use development in the City of London. This prime asset comprises a mixture of commercial offices, retail units, and public realm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with health & safety compliance, ensuring the site adheres to all regulatory requirements.
* Support with service charge budgets, working closely with the team to ensure effective financial management.
* Conduct regular site inspections, identifying any maintenance or operational issues and ensuring timely resolution.
* Liaise with contractors and service providers to maintain high-quality standards across the site.
* Support the Facilities and Building Management teams with day-to-day operational activities.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a facilities management or property management environment.
* Strong understanding of H&S compliance; an IOSH qualification is highly desirable.
* Experience assisting with service charge budgets and financial reporting.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
