Position: Lunchtime Supervisor
We are looking for two caring and committed individuals to join our team as lunchtime supervisors. St Oswald’s has a committed and friendly staff team, supportive parents and Governors, and children who are keen to learn.
You will be part of a team responsible for monitoring and interacting with children during lunchtimes. This is a very important and rewarding role. We need enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, clear strategies to nurture and support pupils’ behaviour, and high expectations of behaviour and safeguarding.
Duties include:
* Ensuring the lunchtime environment is safe and secure.
* Helping younger children to eat and use good table manners.
* Supervising and interacting with pupils on the playground to promote positive play.
* Maintaining discipline according to school policy.
