Permanent, full-time Salary: up to £90,000 per annum performance-related bonus Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Location: Winnersh, RG41 (Hybrid) What You’ll Do And Be Responsible For: Continuous Improvement : Develop strategies that refine finance processes, reduce waste, and boost accuracy. Process Optimisation : Lead automation and tech-driven improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Data & Analytics : Advance data insights and standardised metrics to guide business decisions. Change Management : Engage stakeholders in adopting new tools and processes, fostering a culture of improvement. Collaboration : Partner with finance, IT, and other departments to drive efficiency and achieve business goals. What You’ll Need To Have To Be Successful: Education : Membership in a recognised Finance Professional Body. Certifications : Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management, or similar certifications are a plus. Experience : Proven record in leading finance process improvement initiatives, ideally in a complex, multi-territory organisation. Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of financial operations, including accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Analytical Skills : Skilled in process optimisation, automation, and data analytics. Project Management : Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Leadership and Communication : Exceptional ability to influence, engage, and present complex information clearly. Systems : D365, SAP BPC systems knowledge would be an advantage What’s In It For You?
