Job Title: Project Manager
Location: West Yorkshire, Site visits nationwide
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum

Overview: My client is a reputable company specializing in fit-outs and refurbishments for the food retail and general retail sectors. They are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee dynamic projects ranging from £100K-£2M in value. The successful candidate will split their time between office work, site visits, and home-based tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and deliver fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
2. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, compliance, and health and safety practices.
3. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
4. Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
5. Oversee procurement and resource allocation for projects.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in managing projects within the food retail and general retail sectors.
2. Training certifications including SMSTS, CSCS Gold or Black Card, and First Aid.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple projects with varied scales and scopes.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
6. 4+ years at Project Manager level.
