Due to business growth we're looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Registered Manager & Operations Manager. Reporting into our Head of Service and Chief Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of integrated, cost-effective care across our services in Scotland. Your role will encompass managerial responsibilities in operations and recruitment, while holding the Care Inspectorate Registered Manager certification for the service area. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of services, ensuring they meet agreed gross margin targets in line with budget forecasts. You will oversee the smooth and safe day-to-day running of services, maintaining a positive experience for both staff and clients. Your leadership will ensure business continuity and resilient service delivery, supported by robust operational and capacity planning. As a champion for client safety, operational effectiveness, and quality, you will lead by example, upholding the highest standards of behavior and compassion, and acting as an ambassador for the Group's values. Every day you will Set and communicate clear service objectives to the team to ensure they are met Provide financial steer, ensuring there is effective management of budgets Ensure effective communication systems exist and are maintained across the team to appropriately convey complex and sensitive information to staff and colleagues Review and use qualitative assessment to ensure compliance with a range of targets Support the business in developing proposals and plans for Pulse Nursing at Home and the wider business Uphold the responsibilities of the Care Inspectorate Registered Manager and ensure we are meeting Care Inspectorate requirements What's in it for you?
