As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Sourcing and developing new sales through meetings, networking, and industry awareness
* Developing and implementing a targeted sales strategy
* Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences to raise company profile and upsell product range
* Preparing sales presentations for potential new customers
* Excellent team working, liaising with the account management team and production team to ensure KPIs are achieved
Key attributes required:
* Desirable background in the labels/printing industry
* Self-motivated, pro-active, and able to present at senior level
* Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate
* Conscientious approach, skills to cross-sell from product range
