Reporting to our Senior Programme Director, as our Senior Production Director, you will lead and oversee all aspects of creative shoot production, across multiple creative agencies, cross-BU, cross-media, cross-geography, and for all activation levels.
Productions can vary in scale and complexity – and the Production Support levels may range from Light Support, Full Support, Integrated support to Consultancy only. This role requires a deep understanding of global shoot production and leadership. You will drive operational excellence, foster innovation, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality creative outputs while aligning with Jellyfish’s business goals.
Responsibilities
* Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring creative solutions align with their business needs.
* Deliver in line with and uphold the adidas Production Policy, Processes, Guidelines, and brand culture.
* Lead and develop a Creative shoot production team, ensuring operational efficiency.
* Partner with Operations to maintain and improve global operational processes.
* Be the final point of escalation for team and day-to-day production issues.
* Oversee all production resources and optimization possibilities.
* Manage large-scale budget, high profile talent, and optimise cost-efficiency across productions.
Qualifications
* 10 years+ experience in a mix of agency, brand and/or production companies, leading large scale global productions.
* Industry leadership with a deep understanding of trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts.
* Visionary approach to creative shoot production, driving innovation while ensuring commercial impact.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience scaling creative production teams.
* Expertise in AI-driven production tools, automation, and emerging content technologies.
* Strong business acumen, including budgeting, resource optimization, and P&L management.
* Ability to balance creative excellence with data-driven performance insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
