Join us and help Take Us There. The Role We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our UX Platform Team with expertise in designing trading platforms and a deep understanding of financial markets. The ideal candidate is someone who can quickly translate complex workflows into intuitive, high-quality experiences, working closely with product and technology teams in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. You should be passionate about solving UX challenges, leveraging industry best practices and a user centered approach. You enjoy designing for large data, minimal whitespace and dark themes. You will be designing complex data grids, trade workflows and data visualizations in an innovative way that help create seamless user experiences. How You’ll Help Take Us There Understand, define and document workflow diagrams to ensure clarity and alignment in the end-to-end user journey. Design new functionality for the company’s fixed income trading platform and create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to communicate design intent effectively, within a fast-paced environment while delivering polished, high-quality designs. Collaborate and iterate on design with product managers, developers and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals. What We’re Looking For 4 years’ enterprise software UX design experience designing applications/products Expert in Figma for design and prototyping. Experience utilizing multi-theme design systems Experience designing with complex data grids Experience designing trading or capital markets applications Ability to define workflows, gather requirements and communicate design decisions clearly Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product and technology teams What You Can Expect from Us Central Location: based at our city offices near St Paul's. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
