Join the Close Brothers Invoice Finance (CBIF) team where you will provide support to the Client Managers in delivering innovative funding solutions and outstanding customer service to our clients.
Working as part of the Client Services, our ideal team member will have previous experience in customer facing roles within the invoice finance world and will possess excellent communication and administrative skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide on-hand support for client managers with effective handling of client queries, requests, internal administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
* Ensure an excellent standard of service is provided at all times.
* Accurately process client payment requests on the day of receipt and ensure that any overpayments are in accordance with an approved authority.
* Process any changes to clients' terms and conditions and ensure they are accurately documented on the client file.
* Process relevant fees, reports and documentation in relation to client terminations.
* Review IDeal dashboard and liaise with clients on any reconciliation variances.
* Assist with the new business/onboarding process, especially with system set up and client training.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
* You have relevant experience in a client facing role, ideally within the Invoice Finance industry.
* You're an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
* You build effective working relationships with both colleagues and clients.
* You're detail-oriented and highly organised.
* You love working in a team, but can handle individual tasks.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
* Have obtained or are working towards an ABFA qualification to Foundation level.
