Job summary We are looking for an experienced band 5 or 6 nurse ideally with community nursing experience to join our team as a Community Training and Development Educator- for Community Services. You will be working alongside the Training and Development Educator Lead supporting her and the senior nursing team to provide evidence based professional practice and clinical skills to our nursing and therapy workforce. You will support the Educator Lead with the development and updating of clinical competencies, frameworks and support education and training to enable and support the development of evolving job roles within the community as we develop our Integrated Neighbourhood team model. This service will be transitioning to HCRG Care Group from the 1st April 2025.
