Property Maintenance Operative I am working with an established property management company, seeking an experienced and qualified Maintenance Operative to support with their ever-growing portfolio of residential properties across London. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of planned and reactive property maintenance tasks, including heating, joinery, tiling, painting, paving, electrical works, drainage works, and plumbing. Conduct planned preventative maintenance according to set schedules. Communicate effectively with building occupants to minimize inconvenience during maintenance activities. Manage and prioritize your workload to ensure timely completion of repairs. Perform regular safety checks on work vehicles, maintaining them in a clean and orderly condition. Adhere to health and safety policies, identify hazards, and conduct point-of-work risk assessments as needed. Ensure health and safety for yourself and others while performing duties, and assist in applying our general health and safety policy. Maintain a customer-focused approach, understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations to provide high-quality, appropriate services.Qualifications/Experience Multi-trade skills qualification(s) or similar certificates of competence. Full UK Driving License.
