Role Overview:
The Quality Manager oversees the quality control of our villa portfolio, ensuring that all properties meet and exceed our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Villa Standards: Collaborate with the Head of Product & Quality to maintain industry-leading villa standards.
* Implement Quality Management System: Develop and implement a Quality Management System to ensure consistent quality across all villas.
* Conduct Regular Inspections: Organize regular quality checks and inspections across all villas, particularly before the launch and during the off-season.
* Collaborate with In-Resort Teams: Work closely with in-resort teams and conduct onsite inspections to ensure quality is maintained.
* Identify Improvement Areas: Identify underperforming villas and create improvement plans in partnership with suppliers and the contracting team.
* Monitor and Report: Monitor and report on the status of villas, proposing quick fixes or more complex solutions as needed.
* Investment Process: Manage the investment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of quality issues.
* Track ROI: Track ROI on villa improvements and report on actions taken to the Head of Product & Quality.
* Client Feedback: Oversee villa complaints, client feedback, and ensure accurate representation of properties.
* Industry Standards: Review and monitor industry standards, and ensure compliance with quality procedures and specifications.
* Sustainability Project: Support the sustainability project and contribute to defining business policies, including implementing a supplier code of conduct and carbon measurement project.
Requirements:
* Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Project Management: Demonstrate excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Numeracy and Communication: Display strong numeracy and written communication skills.
* Collaboration: Show an ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
* Travel Industry Experience: Preferably have experience within the travel industry or a similar environment.
* Solutions-Oriented Mindset: Possess a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a calm, positive approach to problem-solving.
