Job Purpose: Responsible for driving strategic growth of the Nokē through the definition and implementation of the commercial strategy for the Nokē portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing partnerships that align with our objectives, to achieve long term sustainable and profitable growth in the European markets. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : Define and implement the business development strategy for growth across European markets. Analyse and prioritize markets, identifying opportunities for expansion and new revenue streams. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure strategic goals are met, collaborating with marketing, product development, and operations. Market Development : Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders across various countries in Europe. Lead negotiations for high-value partnerships. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine the go-to-market strategy. Sales & Revenue Growth : Develop and execute business plans aimed at achieving sales targets and revenue growth in existing and new markets. Drive the sales strategy and lead the sales team to ensure performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded. Identify and pursue key accounts, developing tailored solutions for clients to maintain and develop long term profitable relationships. Ensure the pre and post implementation customer support is delivered to a high standard to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction across the whole customer lifecycle. Operational Support : Ensure the correct teams / processes and services are in place to support the Installation & Service of Nokē projects across the UK and Europe. Leadership & Team Management : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team across different European regions. Provide regular coaching, support, and performance management for team members to meet individual and collective goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team. Reporting & Analysis : Monitor, analyse, and report on business performance and market trends to the executive leadership team. Prepare forecasts, budgets, and growth projections to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with local regulations, legal frameworks, and business best practices across European regions. Qualifications, Skills, Experience Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. Skills: Sales Leadership: Proven track record of leading business development and sales initiatives, achieving and exceeding targets. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience: Extensive Experience in business development, sales, or general management roles. European Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of European markets, regulations, and industry dynamics, with experience working across multiple countries in Europe. Strong knowledge of technology trends, digital transformation, software, hardware, and emerging technologies.
