Operations Manager
We are looking for an operations manager who can help the company achieve their objectives while improving their support strategy to clients across the business. The role will involve working with senior stakeholders, managing the service team, and advocating for MI to drive the company forward.
You will need to be well-versed in PowerBI, Query, and Dashboard reporting to report on issues such as KPI objectives. You will manage two teams: the client service support team (remote support) and the installations and field team.
Required Skills And Experience
1. Previous experience within a customer-focused operations management position, driving teams and process improvements across the business.
2. Experience with PowerBI and producing reports.
3. Experience managing SLAs and understanding cost/benefits.
4. An understanding of health and safety, including carrying out audits, risk assessments, and ensuring legislation is adhered to.
