Job Description: Sales Manager – US Mortgage (End-to-End Sales)
Location: Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi, Delhi
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive end-to-end sales in the US mortgage market.
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven success in US mortgage sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US mortgage market.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through the sales process.
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
* Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
* Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct presentations and negotiate terms with clients.
* Collaboration: Work with internal teams for smooth deal execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 7 plus years of experience in end-to-end sales, specifically in the US mortgage industry.
* Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and the US market.
* Proven track record of sales success and meeting targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM and mortgage tools.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
