The Opportunity
Join Aggregate Industries as a Site Supervisor, on our brand new site at Holme Park where you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our dry mortar production site, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and site presentation meet the highest standards. This is a key role for someone with strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service. * Operate and batch the plant efficiently, ensuring all production meets company standards.
* Maintain site presentation, keeping the plant, loader, and associated buildings clean, tidy, and safe.
* Process incoming and outgoing tickets accurately to minimise queries and ensure smooth operations.
* Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring the plant is consistently supplied with approved materials.
* Carry out routine maintenance and inspections, promptly reporting and recording any defects.
* Handle customer enquiries professionally, maintaining a high company image and ensuring excellent service.
* Ensure site security is maintained at all times, safeguarding plant assets and operations.
* Report any incidents or risks related to health and safety, the environment, product quality, or customer service.
Who You Are
You’re an adaptable and proactive Site Supervisor with strong communication skills and the ability to manage daily operations effectively. Your hands-on approach and problem-solving abilities make you a key contributor to site success.
* Previous experience in site supervision, batching plant operations, or a similar industrial role.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail in stock management and record-keeping.
* Reliable, flexible, and able to respond to changing site requirements with a problem-solving mindset.
* Understanding of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) compliance in an industrial setting.
