Job Advert: Building Safety Administrator\n\nLocation: Liverpool \nContract Type: Temporary\nHourly Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour \nWorking Pattern: Full Time 35 hours per week - Hybrid \n\nAre you passionate about building safety and compliance? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Safety Administrator to join our clients team on a temporary basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssist in the administration of building safety records and documentation.\nSupport the Building Safety team in maintaining compliance with regulations and standards.\norganise and manage safety inspections and audits, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.\nFacilitate communication between stakeholders, including contractors, residents, and regulatory bodies.\nPrepare reports and presentations related to building safety matters.\nMaintain and update databases and filing systems relevant to building safety documentation.\nAssist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.\nProvide administrative support to senior management as needed.
