We’re looking for a results-driven (Sales) Account Director who thrives on generating leads, closing deals, and driving growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be empowered to think creatively, embrace different strategies, and actively seek out new opportunities to grow our client base and revenue.
This is not just about managing accounts; Lead Generation and Sales Growth:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across rail, highways, and infrastructure industries.
Develop innovative sales strategies to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals.
Embrace a “hunter” mentality—constantly seeking opportunities to grow revenue and expand market share.
Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
Act as the face of Atmo at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, positioning us as a market leader.
Work closely with the commercial team to refine sales strategies and identify untapped opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and seamless delivery for clients post-sale.
Sales-Driven Mindset:
Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth.
Familiarity with the rail, highways, or infrastructure industries is advantageous but not essential.
Technically savvy with experience using sales tools (e.g., CRMs) and Google Suite.
Bonus: Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms to support lead-generation efforts.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Creative thinker, always looking for new angles and strategies to drive sales.
Location: Hybrid, with time split between our bright, plant-filled city centre office in Bristol and working from home.
Salary : £40k–£50k base salary depending on experience, with uncapped commission potential for achieving and exceeding targets.
Flexible working, typically 2 days in the office, and plenty of opportunities to progress within the role and the company.
