Job Description
Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre changes, and brake inspections.
1. Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension or steering issues.
2. Use power tools and hand tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components.
3. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed on vehicles.
4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs in a clear and professional manner.
Required Criteria
1. A full UK Driving Licence
2. Great communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues
3. NVQ Level 3 in relevant course or equivalent (e.g. City and Guilds, BTEC)
4. Prior use of diagnostic equipment
5. At least 2 years’ experience working within a dealership
