We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Microsoft Power Platform Developer in the ICT & Digital Transformation Team. The ICT & Digital Transformation team mission is to provide digital systems that are customer-focused, easy to use, reliable, flexible, and meet the needs of all our stakeholders.
About the role
The successful candidate will work in the newly formed Microsoft Power Platform Development team within the wider ICT & Digital Transformation department.
You will work as part of a team that designs, develops, tests, deploys and supports different solutions using Power Platform and other digital transformation tools.
About you
We are ideally looking for in-depth knowledge of development within the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and Office365 and the ability to support Karbon Core housing systems and linked applications. Skills around the following would also be highly desirable:
* Develop and implement custom solutions using Power Apps
* Power Automate
* SQL
* Dataverse
* Web API
* PowerBI
You may also need to collaborate with suppliers where necessary to drive change.
By applying an agile approach to product development, you will engage with the relevant stakeholders in the planning and requirement stages along with documenting and handing over to support.

* Microsoft Power Platform Developer – permanent role
* Salary is £50,000 per annum
* Contractual Location to be agreed with the candidate at one of our main offices in Gosforth or Stanley, although we work flexibly
* Regular travel will be required
* 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
