3-1-5 Health Club is looking to recruit a Front of House Reception Team Member. Could you be just what we are looking for?
You will need to be confident, enthusiastic, driven, and most importantly, professional.
Key Tasks:
1. Assist in the running of our busy reception area, dealing with queries.
2. Show potential members around the club.
3. Sign members up and deal with existing memberships.
4. Perform light cleaning duties.
As an integral member of the team, you will multi-task, plan ahead, and communicate well at all times, understanding the importance of your role in supporting a clean, friendly, safe, and commercially successful Health Club.
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential as you will deal with enquiries via email, face-to-face, and over the telephone. Your ability to positively engage with people is vital.
You must be able to work well under pressure, as part of a team, and use your initiative when necessary. A passion for the industry would also be an advantage, but full training will be given.
Job Type / Category:
This is a permanent position, involving a mixture of shifts with at least 2 shifts per week. Shifts include:
* 4pm - 9pm (Monday - Friday) - Minimum 1 shift per week
* 7:30am - 2pm OR 1:45pm - 8:15pm (Saturdays OR Sundays) - Minimum 1 shift per week
Other shifts may also be available.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
Some customer service and/or sales experience is necessary.

Pay: £7.50-£12.02 per hour
