Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a reputable and well-established Bodyshop.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming
2. Mixing paints to achieve the perfect color match and consistency
3. Applying paint using spray guns and ensuring an even, high-quality finish
4. Conducting final inspections to ensure the highest standards are met
5. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive bodyshop environment
2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Good knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
5. A proactive approach to maintaining equipment and work areas
