What you'll do The role of Insight Analyst is to e valuate and optimise performance of the various products and services across the digital estate. Provide comprehensive and robust analysis of online customer behaviour which will drive both tactical development and strategic focus. Understanding key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and making recommendations for innovation and development based on data Work as part of a dynamic analytics team to shape the digital analytics data architecture (i.e. best practice, policies and KPI definitions) Present analytical findings in a visually compelling manner, with action-oriented recommendations that answer key business questions Help drive core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute multivariate tests that drive fundamental improvements to site experience Interrogate web analytics data with the aim of making recommendations that will lead to uplifts in online conversion Identify analytical requirements across the organisation, and deliver tailored analytical solutions to help drive business KPIs Develop key analysis into customer acquisition, retention and understanding customer lifetime value Champion and embed self-serve practices across the business to enable business users to access and understand key metrics by delivering training and guided analytical support. Who you are Degree level or higher in a numerate discipline (e.g. Mathematics) Demonstrable hands-on experience using Adobe Analytics (Omniture) and SQL Strong analytical mind set and skills, specifically demonstrating excellent problem solving skills Be able to process data from various sources in an organised and logical manner Possess excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence colleagues and cross-functional teams Self-motivated individual, with excellent communication skills who is keen to learn within a team with strong organisational skills and attention for detail Everyone's Welcome We are ambitious about the future of retail.
