Job Description
* Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department including data entry and processing invoices.
* Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using computers.
* Payment runs/expenses
* Sales ledger administration
* Reconciliation of accounts
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* Zero experience
* Payment and banking experience
* Strong numerical skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
