Description Assist with all areas of the finance function including invoicing, financial reporting and budgeting. Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and expenses. Support in the monthly reconciliation of bank statements. Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts. Support the finance team with ad-hoc accounting projects. Maintain financial files and records. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Provide financial support and guidance to team members. Profile A successful 'Finance Assistant' should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations. Experience with financial software systems. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
