Key Responsibilities:
Digital Dictation: Accurately type correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation.
Document Management: Prepare legal bundles with proper indexing, pagination, and bookmarking.
Diary & Meeting Coordination: Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the legal team.
Billing Assistance: Support billing procedures and client invoicing processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
Organise and maintain filing systems with daily file management.
Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
Photocopy, scan, and organise legal documents efficiently.
Coordinate meetings, book rooms, and prepare meeting spaces, including refreshments.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital dictation and document preparation.
Effective diary and schedule management capabilities.
Experience with billing and legal file management.
