A warm and caring Nanny is being sought by a family of three, 2 days a week, in South Bristol.
The family have recently relocated from Canada and are requiring a Nanny on a Wednesday and Thursday to care for their 2 year old boy who loves music, singing and dancing. He also enjoys anything with wheels, such as counting buses on his walk or watching the cars and vehicles go by. He is in a good routine and is generally happy although can be quiet with strangers. The parents both work full time, so they are looking for someone to become an integral part of their family life. This is a sole charge position, and you would be responsible for preparing and serving his meals and snacks (no allergies, though they do keep away from added sugars and salts) and any child care related duties on your work days.
The ideal candidate will be warm, playful, and creative, with a sense of humour and lots of energy! A minimum of 2 years childcare experience is required, but the priority is finding the right fit for them as a family and someone who can build a strong bond with their son, engage with him, and be proactive in taking him to local groups or out and about. Being outdoors is important to them as a family. They would also like to find someone who is happy to help with occasional babysitting.
This is a permanent position.
