This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £55,996per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Primary Care Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will
1. support the registered nurses in implementing an agreed plan of care in association with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received
2. provide clinical leadership and management to the registered nurses and care teams
3. coach, line manage and develop clinician staff; support and contribute in undertaking audits and governance and contribute to developing and reviewing clinical/non clinical Local Operating Protocols for the site
4. promote safe patient care
5. develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.

Qualifications required:
13. Registered Nurse
14. Existing line management experience
15. Excellent communication skills
16. Good IT skills and IT literacy
17. Ability to work within a busy environment
18. Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures
Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
