As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing long-term marketing strategy for the events/festivals. Key responsibilities include: Leading on the development of event/festival launch campaigns whilst working closely with the wider team to ensure festival artwork is approved and promotional activities with artists are maximised Reviewing and approving all marketing campaign plans as well as key marketing assets Working closely with the festival leads to drive ticket and ancillary revenues Leading on our long-term content, social and influencer strategies across events/festivals Setting CRM strategy to support revenue goals and help understand the customers better The ideal candidate will have: Previously worked in a senior level marketing position within the events sector Experience of strategising, managing and implementing marketing activity for a music or music events brand.
