Key qualities we are looking from the Room Service Coordinator (Nights): As a Room Service Coordinator (Nights) you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our in house guests receive top-tier service in the comfort of their Rooms and Suites throughout the Night. This wonderful role involves overseeing the daily operations of our room service department, where youll work closely with the Operational Hotel Nights Team in ensuring that each and every Guest order is efficiently and promptly delivered to their Rooms and Suites. Your leadership and passion for providing exquisite Guest Service will play a key part in maintaining our reputation for world-class hospitality. The ideal candidate will have the following Skills and Knowledge: Must have a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar Room Service Assistant / Coordinator role within the Hospitality 5 Hotel Industry. Must have Food Hygiene and Food Safety Compliance Qualified Certificates. Ability to work under pressure and independently. Intermediate Microsoft Office Computer skills and relevant programs like Microsoft Outlook for communication. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Positive attitude. Commitment to delivering a high level of Guest Service. Excellent grooming standards. The main responsibilities for this role would include: Oversee the daily room service operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Ensure all room service areas meet our exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation. Work closely with the other Operational Nights Departments to guarantee smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction. Lead, inspire, and support your team, fostering a positive environment based on teamwork, mutual respect, and open communication. Address guest enquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly, aiming for swift resolution and high satisfaction. Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Management Team alongside the Night Manager to develop and implement strategies that exceed guest expectations. The successful candidate will be highly professional, have excellent communication skills, be well presented and understand the importance of exceptional Guest Service.
