The Role:
* Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
* Taking ownership of requests and aiming for first-call resolution
* Providing administrative support to the wider Customer Services Team
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
The Person:
* Previous experience in a customer service/administrative position
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
