What’s involved?
As Group Sales Coordinator your duties will include but not be limited to:
10. Responsible for processing enquiries and booking ad hoc to group bookings for the summer season (May to end of August)
11. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
12. Create sales proposals for potential clients
13. Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries, providing information and guidance
14. Create tailored proposals and quotes based on the customer requirements
15. Provide regular updates on sales activities, performance and achievements to the director
16. Collaborate with various internal departments such as operations, finance and sales to ensure the smooth execution of group bookings
Requirements:
17. Prior experience of group sales and/or reservations from a Hospitality or Residential background
18. Previous experience of selling summer lets would be advantageous
19. A self-starter who has the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
20. Flexible to work the occasional weekends if business demands
21. Experience of Kinetics PMS is desired or a similar PMS is essential
22. Excellent IT skills and communication
