MHE Operative with Training Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a MHE Operative (with training responsibilities) working Monday to Friday on a rotational shift to join our team in Corby.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* To undertake warehouse duties (as trained) related to the flow of stock through the distribution centre, from receipt through to dispatch
* To undertake a minimum of one other skilled duty that supports the success of the warehouse operation; in this case:
* The role holder will be responsible for the training of MHE operators on assigned site
Key training tasks include:
* Training identified operatives in the use of MHE (as qualified and trained)
* Auditing the daily check sheets for all MHE on site
* Filing of daily check sheets
* MHE weekly audits
* Mechanical malfunctions – recordings & calling in engineers and communicating VOR machines with employees
* Licence control of all BM and Temp workers
* Supporting accident and incident reporting
* Assessing all new employees who are employed to operate MHE
* Reporting any operators not complying with MHE standard operating procedures
Profile:
* Strong knowledge of warehouse processes
* A keen eye for health and safety and the tenacity to challenge
* Good written and oral communication
* Flexible in hours worked as well as approaching workloads
