The Manufacturing Engineer manages and improves manufacturing processes using continuous improvement techniques to reduce costs, enhance quality, and support production updates. They provide technical support, oversee PFMEA updates to AIAG & VDA FMEA standards across multiple sites, manage production issues, and collaborate with teams to implement process changes while ensuring minimal impact on production delivery.

Job Description
Process Improvement & Optimisation – Manage and enhance manufacturing processes to reduce costs, improve quality, and support production updates.
Technical Support – Provide engineering support to operations, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing.
PFMEA Management – Update and implement PFMEA to AIAG & VDA FMEA standards across multiple sites.
Project & Stakeholder Management – Lead process changes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coordinate with customers and suppliers.
Equipment & Production Line Development – Support procurement of new equipment, implement lessons learnt, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
