Service Manager - Supported Accommodation (Luton)
We're seeking an experienced leader to manage and deliver high-quality support in our supported accommodation/residential setting.
Details:
* Pay: £34,500/year.
* Schedule: 39 hours/week, hybrid (3 office days, 2 remote).
* Contract: Full-time, 12 months.
About the Role:
* Lead and manage a dedicated team, ensuring outcomes and KPIs are met.
* Oversee staff performance, inductions, and daily rotas.
* Build and maintain strong networks and partnerships.
Requirements:
* 2+ years managing residential settings and working with homeless individuals.
* Diploma of Higher Education (preferred).
* Full, clean driving license and own vehicle.
