An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join my clients’ well-established business based on the outskirts of Maidstone, on a part-time basis!
Duties will include:
1. Sole responsibility of the finance department
2. Preparation of management accounts
3. Updating cashflow
4. Financial forecasting
5. Accruals and Prepayments
6. VAT returns
7. Balance sheet reconciliations
8. Processing supplier payments
9. Following up on outstanding payments
10. Generating and issuing invoices
11. Checking timesheets, issuing pay slips/P45s/P60s, submitting P11ds
The successful candidate will:
1. Ideally be ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA qualified, but QBE candidates will be considered
2. Have previous experience within a similar role, preferably within an SME
3. Have excellent communication skills
4. Have advanced Excel skills
